Dikutip dari situs resmi LPDP Kementerian Keuangan, LoA atau Letter of Admission/Acceptance, merupakan sebuah surat atau catatan yang dikeluarkan oleh perguruan tinggi kepada pendaftarnya bahwa mereka diterima di kampus tersebut.
Dilansir dari laman LPDP Kementerian Keuangan, terdapat dua jenis LoA, yaitu LoA Unconditional dan Conditional.
LoA Unconditional merupakan surat pernyataan yang menyatakan bahwa kandidat pendaftar telah diterima di perguruan tinggi tujuan tanpa syarat. Artinya, pelamar hanya perlu untuk melakukan registrasi ulang saja.
Dalam LoA Unconditional biasanya tercantum program studi, durasi studi, dan informasi awal perkuliahan (intake). Selain itu, juga ada informasi mengenai langkah berikutnya untuk memulai perkuliahan, seperti registrasi ulang dan aturan terkait pembayaran biaya kuliah.
Jika LoA Unconditional menyatakan kandidat lulus tanpa syarat, sebaliknya LoA Conditional menyatakan jika kandidat lulus dengan syarat. Sederhananya, seseorang baru dapat dikatakan 100% diterima ketiak ia telah memenuhi persyaratan yang diwajibkan.
Beberapa hal yang mengakibatkan seorang pendaftar menerima LoA Conditional antara lain:

3. Enter the password you created at (link)
4. Click login.
5. On the ETSU tab click GoldLink Self-Service – Student– Student Records – Transfer Evaluation.
6. You may choose a sort order to view your evaluation and click submit.
