Jambi Governor Al Haris handed over the Decree (SK) for personnel to non-ASN personnel within the Jambi Provincial Government. There were 796 SKs for personnel submitted by Al Haris both at the Jambi Regional Hospital and in Jakarta.
“We are providing this Employee Decree so that there is legal certainty for non-ASN workers. At the Jambi Regional General Hospital, there are 753 non-ASN whose Decrees we have submitted,” said Al Haris, Tuesday (22/4/2025).
The Employee Decree to non-ASN staff at Jambi Regional Hospital was given on Monday (21/4). Later, with this Decree, non-ASN staff there can be paid from BLUD funds .
Al Haris said that before receiving the Employee Decree from the Governor, 753 non-ASN workers at the Jambi Regional Hospital only received a decree signed by the Hospital Director.
“So with the existence of the Employee Decree from the Governor, non-ASN personnel at the Jambi Regional Hospital have become part-time employees,” said Al Haris.
In addition to the Jambi Regional Hospital , the Employee Decrees to 43 non-ASN personnel assigned to the Jambi Provincial Liaison Agency in Jakarta were also submitted. The submission of these Decrees has also gone through a selection process and employee tests.
“For non-ASN personnel within the Jambi Province Liaison Agency in Jakarta, we have handed over 43 people. This is also a form of legality and recognition for their performance while working as non-ASN personnel,” explained Al Haris.
Al Haris admitted that this step is in accordance with the national policy regulated by the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform ( Kemenpan RB). He said that Non-ASN workers who have been given a decree can later be immediately appointed with the status of part-time employees.
“If we look at the direction of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, they can be appointed with part-time employee status,” explained Al Haris.
Furthermore, Governor Al Haris hopes that with the clarity of status and legality, Non-ASN personnel can further improve their performance and professionalism in providing services to the people of Jambi, both at the Jambi Regional Hospital and the Jambi Liaison Agency employees in Jakarta.
“If previously the SK was each OPD’s , now there is one system and their database has reached the center, so we will issue the SK with the Governor’s SK,” said Al Haris.
